THANKS

so grateful

Donating Treasures

There are many inexpensive treasures that would make our Cre@tivity Lab stellar!  If you're interested in donating, we could use any of the following supplies:  pipe cleaners, pom poms, popsicle sticks (colored and plain), glitter, glitter glue, paint, markers, colored pencils, glue, clay, brads, rubber bands, beads, buttons, tissue paper, skewers, balloons, marbles, straws, stickers, foam board, poster board, etc...  The Dollar Store is a great place to stock up on these makerspace staples.  Thanks for your donations!

WHERE DO I BRING MY TREASURES?

Donating Recyclables

Feel free to drop donations off at our office or send them in with your child.  Please be sure to attach a note letting them know that the supplies are for the Cre@tivity Lab.

Makerspaces need a variety of materials, some of which are free.  YAY!  For instance, if you have recyclables at home that you would be interested in cleaning out and donating, we would be so grateful!  Recyclables we could use include:  corks, apple sauce caps/cups, newspapers, oatmeal cylinders, paper towel tubes, or yarn remnants.  We will update this list as projects require.  Thanks for thinking of us.

SUPPORT:  VOLUNTEERING

Initially, we will be looking for volunteers to organize and restock our lab.  Near November, we will be looking for volunteers to help out with clubs/workshops.  Primarily, we will need extra hands to help our activities run smoothly.

DO YOU HAVE A SPECIAL TALENT?

If you have a special talent and a few minutes to rub together, we would love to give you a platform to share your skills with a new generation.

(NOTE:  You will need to fill out a volunteer packet from the office before you're able to begin.  Completing the paperwork does take a little legwork, but it's good for many years!)

*Can you crochet or knit?

*Have you dabbled in coding?

*Perhaps you build circuits in your free time.

Whatever your special talent is, we could probably use your expertise.
